Alice Larsen is an international consultant and coach working with corporations and individuals on organizational and cultural change issues. She was previously VP of Human Resources at Barry Callebaut worldwide and at Novo Nordisk Europe. Her experience in addressing diversity and cultural aspects of the organizations and  teams involved in  performance management are crucial to Jaree.

Alice Larsen holds a MSc in Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School and completed Asian Studies at the Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka. 

Anders Fleischer is an internationally active and recognized Executive Coach with 14 years experience in management and sales in Europe and Asia that include responsibility over 400 employees and a GM position at Nokia. He has worked in start-up and in established business units and understands their respective challenges well.

Anders Fleischer has degrees in Engineering, in Supply-Chain Management, a MA in Counseling and is currently writing a Doctorate thesis in Business Administration at the Zürich SBS.
